Therapy for Anxiety & Panic
Anxiety Symptoms Explained.
Everyone experiences anxiety from time to time, but for those who experience anxiety and/or panic on a regular basis, it can be debilitating. Whether you struggle with mild or severe anxiety, some signs that indicate you may need help with anxiety symptoms include:
Feeling overwhelmed by dread and worry as you go about your daily life. These feelings may be about something specific, but many times you may feel anxious or worried without a specific, identifiable cause.
You may feel irritable, tense, and restless. This may make it difficult to interact with friends and loved ones and decrease your ability to get things done.
You may find you are distracted and unable to concentrate. You may have racing thoughts and have difficulty making decisions.
Racing thoughts may make it difficult to fall asleep and/or you may find yourself waking in the middle of the night with feelings of fear or worry.
You may have times when your palms are sweaty, your heart races, and you are overcome with feelings of panic.
These are all common signs of anxiety and/or panic and can make daily life incredibly difficult to navigate. I can help.
